Transfers!! Santo Domingo training!
We have transfers (we call them changes in our mission)
tomorrow. I am going to open a sector and train in Santo Domingo!!! Let's GO!
Everyone says Santo Domingo is the best. Our mission has all
3 parts of Ecuador: Coast, Jungle, and Mountains. Santo Domingo is the coast
and apparently it is really different. Hot, really delicious food, and people
who are very open. So we will see how it goes because I only know as of right
now Quito.
I am training as well and I am pretty sure it will be a Latino
who I will train. Kinda nervous because we are opening a sector which means
neither of us will know anything when we get there. So this next week is going
to be awesome. Luckily an Elder who I am really close with, Elder Nichols, is
doing the same thing as I am so that will make it more fun.
So leaving Argelia stinks though because I hate saying
goodbye because I never am sure what to say. I love the people here so much and
love this sector. I will miss it.
This week I listened to a couple of talks by President
Eyring. Wow he is a crier. I love his talks and this week I felt especially
close to Jesus Christ listening to President Eyring's talks. I felt the spirit
and God's love in abundance as well this week.
Elder Goycochea had a lot of fun this last week as well and
we definitely will leave friends.
Really excited for this next week and I am sure I will have
a lot to talk about next week with my companion and new sector.
Love y'all
Elder Tucker
