1/3 Done and Javier and Cindy

So the cool thing is I hit the 1/3 mark of the mission today. 8 months in the mission. I cannot believe it. The mission to me feels like 2 years of summer. It is like a vacation from all the problems of the world, it is warm here, and I just feel happy and without homework or projects to do. I love it and the mission is super awesome.

Finally, we played soccer this week. Definitely one of the best parts of the mission is playing soccer and just hanging out. I know I have already said this but I feel like I am in one of the favelas of Brazil when I play which is really cool.

Really good week with my companion. On Saturday we had a really great talk that ended with us hugging and crying. Really great and special moment.

I want to talk about two of my favorite people in the world. They are Javier and Cindy. So one Sunday they come to church out of the blue and tell the bishop they want to get married and baptized. So we visited them that day and had one of the most powerful lessons I have ever been a part of. They are just waiting for the papers to go through for the marriage and then they can get baptized. Every lesson with them is super powerful. Something cool too is that Javier is starting his own art business. He can pretty much make anything you want and makes really cool shirts. Every time we come to their house they have something new. It is difficult to express my love for this family but they are awesome and when I leave it will stink saying bye to them.

So my week was good, love the mission and am loving life.
